Committee Membership

This membership level is perfect for those that want to be
a part of the organization but cannot commit to the
monthly attendance requirements:

  • Attend committee meetings
  • Come to social events
  • Ballet Barre membership
Becoming a member...
New members of the Dayton Ballet Associate Board are
highly valued and serve first as an Advisory Board:

  • Attend Associate Board meetings
  • Invite and Sponsor new members
  • Serve on committees
  • Come to social events
  • Ballet Barre membership
Expectations for Associate Board Members are the same
attendance and level of involvement:

  • Attend at least nine of the Associate Board
    meetings annually
  • Attend at least two Dayton Ballet performances
  • Participate in at least two Barre sponsored events
  • Serve on a committee
  • Vote on all matters presented by the board
  • Assist, when necessary, the Dayton Ballet Board of
    Trustees
